Thermal Scope Hub FAQ: orders and payment
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by card, digital wallet, PayPal or cryptocurrency. All payments go through secure, PCI-compliant payment providers, so we never see or store your full card number.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see on the product page is the price of the item. However, shipping costs are arranged separately with the carrier, and international buyers may pay import duties on delivery. Both are explained below.
Can I get help choosing before I order?
Yes. Call, email or use the contact form, and tell us how and where you hunt. We will help you compare models and check that the optic fits your rifle.
Thermal Scope Hub FAQ: shipping and delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. Before you order, please check your local rules for importing optics, because some countries restrict thermal and night vision devices.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are not included at checkout. Instead, once you place your order, the shipping company contacts you with the delivery cost and estimated timing. Read our full shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website. In addition, the carrier may contact you directly about delivery.
Who pays import duties and taxes?
For orders shipped outside the United States, the destination country sets import duties, taxes and customs fees. The customer pays these on delivery.
Thermal Scope Hub FAQ: returns, refunds and warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. See our refund and returns policy for the full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will then arrange a replacement or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and approve your return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Do your optics come with a warranty?
Many of our products come with a manufacturer warranty. If a fault appears after the return window, we can help you contact the manufacturer to make a claim.
Choosing a thermal or rifle scope
Should I buy thermal or night vision?
For most hog and predator hunters, thermal is the better choice, because it finds animals by their heat even in thick cover. Night vision costs less and shows a more natural image. Our guide to thermal vs night vision explains the differences.
Is a 384 or 640 thermal sensor better?
A 384 sensor is enough for most shots under 150 yards. A 640 sensor shows more detail at long range. For a full comparison, read 384 vs 640 thermal scopes.
Is thermal hunting legal?
It depends on where you live and what you hunt. Many states allow thermal for hogs and predators, but rules vary for other game. Therefore, always check your state or local wildlife agency before you hunt. For general hunting and shooting safety resources, visit the National Shooting Sports Foundation.
What do the numbers on a rifle scope mean?
For example, a 4-16×44 scope zooms from 4x to 16x and has a 44 mm front lens. Our guide to rifle scope numbers explained covers everything else, including FFP, SFP, MOA and MIL.
